Exhibit Hall Booth Registration

    Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Booth location within the Exhibit Hall shall be assigned at the discretion of the Committee, with deference being given for the level of event sponsorship. Adherence to the Exhibit Hall Agenda is mandatory. The Committee reserves the right to change the agenda at its discretion. Any costs for special/technical support of displays shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility of participation and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Central Florida PRIMA, its officers, committee and members from any and all resultant claims, losses and damages. Refunds shall be made upon receipt of written request prior to September 1, 2017. Central Florida PRIMA reserves the right to establish further regulations as deemed necessary to promote this event and to render all interpretations and decisions of any disputes to be accepted as final in all such cases.
